Terms & Conditions
BOOKING VALIDITY
A booking is valid only on the date and time dated in the voucher or ticket and entitles the passenger to an assured seat for the specific trip.

VALIDATION OF ON-LINE BOOKING
At least thirty (30) minutes before departure, passengers with online booking must present the voucher to our ticket sellers at the terminal indicated in the voucher for validation. Failure to do so will result to a forfeiture of the assured seat for that trip.

BOARDING
All passengers must board the bus at least fifteen (15) minutes before departure, failure to do so will make them “no show passengers” and shall entitle the Company to proceed with the trip without them and without incurring any liability. In such event, the assured seat of the “no show passengers” will be forfeited.

REBOOKING OF TICKETS
NO SHOW PASSENGERS who arrive at the terminal on the same day will be issued an OPEN TICKET with validity period of thirty (30) days from the date of the original trip.

NO SHOW PASSENGERS who do not arrive at the terminal on the same day may rebook their trip within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the original trip but subject to a “NO SHOW FEE” equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the fare and rebooking fee based on company rebooking rates. Such passengers will likewise be issued an OPEN TICKET with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date of the original trip.


REFUND
All bookings are non-refundable and may only be re-booked. Provided, the OPEN TICKET shall no longer be rebooked if unused after thirty (30) days period.

REFUSAL OF ACCOMODATION
The company reserves the right to refuse accommodation of any passenger. Pet dogs or cats must be put in a carriage, carrier or cage. Pets must wear diaper the entire duration of the trip. Any violation will mean refusal of accommodation of the pet. Flammable or obnoxious substance are prohibited from being loaded in the bus.

LOST TICKET
Lost tickets are good as CASH and shall not be replaced or refunded.

ACCOMPANYING CHILD
One paying passenger is allowed to bring only one child with the height of three (3) feet and below, provided the child does not occupy a seat and will be charged according to accompanying child rate.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Passengers may bring two (2) or more baggage as long as the total weight of the baggage does not exceed twenty (20) kgs. Any excess kilogram above the free twenty (20) kgs. will be charged according to the company’s accompanied baggage rates.

BAGGAGE LIABILITY
The passenger assumes full responsibility for all hand carried baggage, the company reserves the right to hold untagged baggage such as hand carried and cargoes. The company liability is (1,000.00) one thousand pesos only in case of damage or loss of baggage. This applies to baggage’s that have company issued ticket and tags.

CANCELLATION OF TRIP
In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel the trip and / or change the date and time of departure without prior notice.

DELAYED & CANCELLED SCHEDULE
The company shall not be responsible for any commercial and / or personal losses due to delay or cancellation of scheduled trip because of unforeseen circumstances.

INVALIDATION
Alteration without proper signature of authorized BICOL ISAROG TRANSPORT SYSTEM INC. officer shall render this ticket invalid.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITION
Upon purchase of this ticket, the passenger is presumed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and condition printed herein.

VENUE
Parties expressly submit themselves only to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Naga to the exclusion of all others on any legal action arising out of this transaction.
