  1. EMBARKATION POINT
    The passenger must present his/her printed voucher together with his/her ID to the authorized officer of the company for validation. A validated ticket will be issued under the name of the passenger. The passenger must check in at least Forty Five (45) minutes before departure time. Otherwise, non-appearance of at least Thirty (30) minutes before departure will be forfeited and with a charge of 30% of the amount paid.
  2. RESERVATION TICKET VALIDITY
    Reservation ticket is valid only on the date and time of cut-off. Rebooking a date before the trip will have a charge of P100.00 and will only be processed at terminals and major booking offices: EDSA-CUBAO TERMINAL, ARANETA CENTER TERMINAL, MIRASOL OFFICE, ALABANG BOOKING OFFICE, ERMITA BOOKING OFFICE, CBD NAGA TERMINAL, LEGAZPI TERMINAL, TABACO TERMINAL, SORSOGON TERMINAL, SAN ANDRES BOOKING OFFICE, VIRAC TERMINAL AND MASBATE BOOKING OFFICE
  3. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION TICKET
    Cancellation of reservation ticket will only be processed at terminals and major booking offices: EDSA-CUBAO TERMINAL, ARANETA CENTER TERMINAL, MIRASOL OFFICE, ALABANG BOOKING OFFICE, ERMITA BOOKING OFFICE, CBD NAGA TERMINAL, LEGAZPI TERMINAL, TABACO TERMINAL, SORSOGON TERMINAL, SAN ANDRES BOOKING OFFICE, VIRAC TERMINAL AND MASBATE BOOKING OFFICE As a Policy, confirmed and open tickets are non-refundable. Those who cancel before the departure shall have their ticket marked as OPEN TICKET which is valid only within one (1) month from the original date of trip.
  4. REFUSAL OF ACCOMMODATION
    The company reserves the right to refuse accommodation of any passenger for valid reasons. Strictly no pets or animals of any kind shall be carried on board. Explosives, flammable or obnoxious substances are prohibited from being loaded in the bus.
  5. LOST TICKETS
    Lost tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
  6. ACCOMPANYING CHILD
    One paying passenger is allowed to bring only one child with a height of 3ft. and below, provided the child does not occupy a seat and upon payment of P50.00 ticket charge.
  7. DISCOUNT
    Availement of discounts such as senior, student, and pwd. Should be done over the counter. Purchasing ticket online will invalidate such priviledge.
  8. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
    Each passenger is allowed to hand carry items or an equivalent of a total weight not more than fifteen (15) kilograms. Any items exceeding 15 kilograms will be weighed and tagged and the corresponding charges must be paid. Any large/bulky hand carry items that will impede the flow of passenger in case of an emergency will have to be stored at cargo compartment and will be charged a corresponding fee.
  9. BAGGAGE LIABILITY
    The passenger assumes full responsibility for all hand carried baggage. The Company reserves the right to hold all untagged baggage(s) such as hand carried and excess of cargoes.
  10. CANCELLATION OF TRIP
    In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel the trip and/or change the date and time of departure without prior notice.
  11. DELAYED DUE & CANCELLED SCHEDULE
    The company shall not be responsible for any commercial and/or personal losses due to delay or cancellation of schedule trip because of unforeseen circumstances.
  12. INVALIDATION
    Alterations without proper signature of authorized BICOL ISAROG TRANSPORT SYSTEM INC. officer shall render the ticket invalid.
  13. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITION
    Upon purchases of this ticket, the passenger is presumed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions printed herein.
  14. VENUE

    Parties expressly submit themselves only to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Naga to exclusion of all others on any legal action arising out of this transaction.gal action arising out of this transaction.

    Issued ticket is good as cash. Lost ticket is not subject to replacement.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Passenger is solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements. Carrier and/or its agent shall not be held liable for any aid or information given Passenger regarding such laws and travel documentation requirements.

1. Bicol Isarog may contact the card holder or the passenger through the contact details provided to further validate the reservation or to require presentation of the credit card used for payment.

2. Without prejudice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, Carrier may cancel a confirmed reservation or may remove from any trip any passenger if Carrier has reason to believe that a ticket(s) has been purchased using a fraudulent credit card.

3. Advance Seat Reservations services are non-refundable.

I have reviewed my trip itinerary completely and therefore accept same as final.

I also agree that Bicol Isarog may deny me and/or any passenger(s) boarding in case of failure to comply with the foregoing requirement and I will hold Bicol Isarog free and harmless from all and any liability in this regard.
